In this deployment two Aquadams have been combined
with a fabricated weir to effect an increase in water depth.

The weir can be designed as a fish ladder so creating a fish
refuge during periods of low river flow. The width and
height of the temporary weir should be selected to cater for
the water flows pertaining to your stretch of river.

Because an AquaDam is inflated using river water no
foreign matter is introduced into the river. This is ideal for
environmentally sensitive species such as white clawed cray
fish and salmonids.

Smaller Aquadams are not heavy. A 2ft x 50ft weighs just
30kgs. Deployment time aound half an hour for each dam.
