De-silting, liner repairs or re-shaping , AquaDam is available in sizes from 35cm to 180cm Max Controlled Water Depth and lengths up to 300m.

This lake was formed some years ago using a
butyl liner at a Southern Water site in Kent. The project called for the lake to be reduced to about a third of
original size whilst preserving the butyl liner. Wildlife considerations prevented the lake being drained and so an AquaDam was deployed to permit the
formation of a permanent clay bund. Our client was trained by us to deploy their newly purchased 180cm MCD x 30m AquaDam.
AquaDam works well in lakes and ponds with clay or butyl
liners.
The large footprint of AquaDam leaves butyl and clay liners
intact as the dam settles onto the silt.

De-silting a lake/pond using AquaDam to cofferdam.

Phase 1: A portion of the lake is cofferdammed, partially de-watered to
permit removal of valued species and then completely de-watered and
de-silted.

Phase 2: The newley de-silted portion is re-watered using water from
the remaining lake/pond to permit a repeat of the processes in phase 1.

AquaDam does not contaminate water in any way so that it is perfectly
safe to return water used to inflate the dam back into the lake, pond or
river from which it was drawn.

If you could install your own cofferdam across this lake in under 2 hrs would it make a difference to your business?

"We were expecting the deployment to take around 3 hrs but in the end it was all over in about 90 minutes"
